ATC offers parts, maintenance and warranty service to the products we represent. ATC will also honor the one-year manufacturer warranties against factory defects and mal-functionality. This warranty does not cover damages or dysfunctionality caused due to mishandling of the equipments.

Service Warranties:

Extended Service Warranty (ESW): ATC offers full service agreement due signing at the time of purchase. This agreement offers 100% protection, service and parts warranty during the life span of the warranty. As Extended Service Warranty, we offer either two or three years warranty as a standard package. Additional extended service up to five years can also be purchased. This service agreement offers "Replacement Warranty" that works for unusable, irreparably dysfunctionality. In which case, ATC will replace the unit either with the same model or with better one for free of charge.

Service-only Warranty (SOW): ATC offers "Service-Only" warranty that covers regular maintenance scheduled and recommended by the manufacturers. This warranty does not cover any parts and software updates.
